Wedding receptions
The Coach House is a lively and unique venue for weddings and commitment celebrations, with warm, friendly service and a charm all of its own. The restaurant has an intimate and flexible layout, with a beautiful summer terrace and can be hired during the day, evening or both.
Our creative, caring team ensure each day is bespoke and tailored to your specific requirements. We will work with you to devise menu ideas, seating arrangements, and restaurant flowers to match your colour scheme and any special touches that you feel would make the day perfect.
We can seat up to 75 guests for a lunch or dinner or host more for an informal buffet.
What is included in the hire cost:
Lunch or dinner for up to 75 guests
Tables are dressed with linen, flowers and candles.
Background music
A door person will be provided to greet your guests and also to ensure that there is no interference from the general public.
What is not included in the hire cost:
Extra flower decorations for the restaurant are not included but can be arranged on request. The price will vary according to your requirements.
Live music, entertainers or a DJ are again not included but can be arranged on request.
Welcoming and toasting drinks can be arranged on request. The price will vary according to your requirements.
Cakes: We can put you in touch with local cake experts that will cater for all your requirements.
Numbers:
Prices are for the hire of the venue and for the provision of food, based on a maximum of 75 guests dining (including the use of the terrace). Further guests may be invited once dinning has finished and an area cleared.
Times:
Daytime only function 12pm – 6pm
Evening only function 6pm – 12am
All day function 12pm – 12am
Please note if you have booked a daytime function only the restaurant will have to be prepared by 6.30pm in order to accommodate evening customers and bookings. 1.00 a.m. extensions on Fri or Sat evenings are available on request.

Prices quoted are including VAT and excluding a 10% service charge.
Payment terms
10% Deposit to confirm booking.
Balance due one month prior to the event.
20% supplement during December
Bank Holiday weekends by special arrangement.
